About Grace EMS
Houston Ambulance Companies Improving Patient Care Expectations
Grace was started as a result of the recognition that most ambulance companies providing transports were not prepared to handle patient care situations out of the ordinary. Though most circumstances require only monitoring the patient in route, occasionally circumstances arise needing a higher level of care and efficiency that only years of experience can provide.
The founders of Grace recognize that everyone deserves and should expect the same level of care for their loved ones during a routine medical transport as they would in a life-threatening emergency. The commitment of Grace is to consistently provide this higher level of emergency care in transport and raise the bar among ambulance companies. The men and women at the foundation of Grace come from 911 service providers bringing with them years of critical thinking experience unmatched in the private medical transport industry.
The Future of Grace
As additional support for our patients and facilities, and meeting requirements for CAAS certification Grace has initiated our new state of the art dispatch, record, and billing programs.
Plans are in place to add multiple units to our fleet by early 2015 and start the build process for our new Dispatch and maintenance center. Also in 2015, Grace has plans in place to provide fixed wing service to the US and abroad.
